FILIPINO DISH - DEEP FRIED TUNA TAIL ALA "CRISPY PATA"



Ingredients: 1 large tuna tail sliced evenly in mid-section,
palm cooking oil

Procedures: deep fry tuna tail in deep pan until crispy brown
serve with sauce consists of soy sauce, 1 spoon sugar,
vinegar, shredded onion and crushed garlic, add bird's eye
chili if desired (siling labuyo)
